Zahra Young, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Zahra started their career as a Clinical Research Coordinator at HCCA Clinical Research Solutions in 2011 and then transitioned to Baylor University as a Graduate Assistant in 2012. In 2013, Zahra joined Baylor College of Medicine as an Administrative Resident.

After completing their education, Zahra moved to the corporate sector and joined The Resource Group, Spend Management Solutions in 2014 as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst. Zahra gradually progressed within the company, holding positions such as Area Senior Executive Supply Chain Analyst, Area Manager of Supply Chain Analytics, and Manager of Surgical Support Services - Utilization Management. Their analytical skills led their to the role of Director of Analytics in 2022, followed by their current position as Senior Director of Integration.

Zahra's comprehensive background in supply chain and analytics, coupled with their strong organizational and leadership skills, make their a valuable asset in their field.

Zahra Young, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Cellular/Molecular Biology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also acquired additional certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification in 2020 and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in October 2016.
