Dayam Lopez

Dayam Lopez is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Giselle Miami, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Dayam held various positions, including Sommelier/Beverage Director and Chef de Cuisine at Prime 112 Restaurant from March 2021 to February 2024. Dayam also gained valuable experience as a Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine at The Betsy - South Beach from November 2017 to March 2021, and worked as a Line Cook at establishments such as 50 Eggs, Bazzar Mar, and Quality Meats Miami Beach from 2015 to 2017. Dayam earned a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University, graduating in 2018.
