Jon Croft

Jon Croft is currently the COO and Managing Director at The Retirement Plan Company, LLC. Previously, Jon has held various leadership positions in technology and operations at companies such as Willis Towers Watson and Acclaris. Before transitioning into the private sector, Jon served as State Project Director at the Florida Department of Children and Families. Jon holds a Master of Science in Decision and Information Sciences from the University of Florida, where Jon also earned their Bachelor of Science in the same field.
