Ani Rodriguez Simpson

Ani Rodriguez Simpson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ani started their career as an HR Assistant at Goodrich Landing Gear in 1993. Ani then worked as a Benefits Coordinator at AvMed Health Plans from 1998 to 2001. Ani later served as an HR Manager at The Palace from 2001 to 2005, followed by a role as HR Manager at Mastec from 2005 to 2011. Ani also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Mastec during the same period. In 2011, Ani became a Business Owner at Kakes by K. Ani joined Valls Group as the Human Resources Director in 2013. Ani's recent roles include Manager, Sr. Manager, and currently Director of People Experience Operations at T-ROC - The Revenue Optimization Companies, starting from July 2013.

Ani Rodriguez Simpson attended St. Brendan High School from 1987 to 1991. Afterward, they went on to attend Florida International University from 1991 to 1996. In 1995, Ani briefly attended the University of Miami to study Human Resources.
