Nikhil Khandelwal has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Nikhil is currently the Head of Growth at The Reward Collection, where they oversee the world's largest provider of Card-Linked and Open Banking offers. Nikhil also holds the position of Head of Growth at Enigmatic Smile, a company focused on loyalty publishers and reaching millions of customers.

Prior to these roles, Nikhil served as an Advisory Council Member at several companies, including proSapient, Lynk, Third Bridge Group Limited, and GLG. In these roles, they provided strategic advice and guidance to these organizations.

Nikhil also founded MysteryQR, a company that builds contactless marketing tools using QR, AR, and AI functionalities. Additionally, they worked as a Strategic Advisor to Insider, a marketing platform.

Before their entrepreneurial endeavors, Nikhil held various positions at Pulse iD, where they served as the Chief Growth Officer, VP of Growth, and Country Manager. Nikhil played a key role in driving the adoption of crypto and card-linked payments with merchants and users.

Earlier in their career, Nikhil worked at Razer Inc. as the Regional Marketing Director & Malaysia Country Head for Razer Pay. During their time there, they achieved significant accomplishments such as relaunching Razer Pay v2 in a short timeframe and securing important sponsorships.

Nikhil Khandelwal completed their Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Commerce from Delhi University between 2004 and 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance from the University of Essex in 2007-2008.
