Nikki Wilson

Nikki Wilson, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at TRG, where innovative HR strategies are being implemented to enhance the employee experience and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. As an Executive Board Member and HR Consultant at The Loop Lab, Nikki collaborates with leadership to support under-resourced communities through creative arts apprenticeship programs. With extensive experience at General Motors, Nikki previously held several key HR leadership positions, managing large teams and driving significant organizational changes, including talent management and labor relations strategies across multiple global locations. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Labor Relations from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University.
