Catarina Sousa

Catarina Sousa possesses extensive experience in the field of psychology and operations management, currently serving as Regional Operations Lead at Richmond Fellowship since August 2018, previously holding positions such as Area Manager for DVIP Domestic Abuse Services and Violence Prevention Practitioner. Prior to this role, Catarina worked at Notting Hill Genesis as a Hub Officer from February 2015 to August 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as Clinical Director and Psychologist at Anjaf from January 2008 to December 2014, a Residential Caseworker at The Key Program, Inc. from March 2004 to August 2005, and as Técnica de Dia at Associação Horizonte.
