Oliver Pepper

Oliver Pepper is an accomplished consultant and creative director with extensive experience in the sports and apparel industries. Currently serving as a Consultant at Verge Sport and as Creative Director at The Rider Firm, Oliver develops marketing strategies and oversees creative direction for multiple brands. With a strong entrepreneurial background as co-founder and director of Circular Inc., and co-founder and director of Morvélo Bicycle Apparel, Oliver has a proven track record in innovative design and business model implementation aimed at sustainability. Previously, Oliver held a role as Brand Director at THG, where brand development and stakeholder engagement were key focuses. Educational credentials include a Foundation degree in Art & Design from Kingston University and a 2:1 degree in Illustration from the University of Portsmouth.
