Vlad Smirnov

Vlad Smirnov is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead at The Right Balance since April 2018, Vlad is responsible for recruiting top engineering talent and fostering strong client relationships. Prior to this, Vlad worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Commandeer, contributing to a desktop application that assists developers in managing cloud infrastructure. With a background that includes a promotion to Principal Software Developer at HARMAN International and initial experience as a QA Test Engineer in various Russian firms, Vlad has built a robust career in software engineering. Vlad holds two Bachelor's degrees in Program Engineering and Software Engineering from The National Research University Higher School of Economics and Higher School of Economics, respectively.
