Jakob Bigard Mpa

Jakob Bigard, MPA has a diverse work experience. Jakob has worked as an Executive Director for the Montcalm Economic Alliance at The Right Place, Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing economic development activities. Jakob also worked as a Business Development Intern for the same organization, where they developed lists of targeted companies, identified companies for expansion, and conducted research. Additionally, Jakob served as a Next-Gen Leadership Ambassador for the White House Historical Association, an Assistant Cidermaker at Farmhaus Cider Co., and a Program Manager for the Common Ground Initiative at the Hauenstein Center for Presidential Studies. Jakob has also worked as a Field Organizer for One Campaign For Michigan, where they engaged and mobilized voters through various activities.

Jakob Bigard, MPA completed their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in State, Regional, and Local Governance at Grand Valley State University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from the same university from 2014 to 2018. Jakob began their educational journey at Mt. Pleasant Senior High School, where they completed their high school education from 2010 to 2014.
