Currently serving as a Professional Speaker, Mindset Coach, Executive Consultant, and Organizational Culture Consultant at Verhelst Success Network, Robert also holds the position of Director of Training and Marketing Specialist at Jefferson Fire & Safety, where the focus is on innovative training for emergency responders. Robert is a co-facilitator and content creator for programs aimed at enhancing first responder resilience, while also holding a long-term role as a Firefighter in the City of Madison.
