Currently serving as Chief Loss Prevention at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company since October 2014, Abel Marquez oversees communication and coordination among executives, peers, and subordinates, while also attending meetings to address group needs. Previously, Abel held the position of Loss Prevention Supervisor at both The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott International, leading security teams and managing schedules to enhance productivity and reduce labor costs. Abel Marquez holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Administration with a concentration in Public Safety Management from Miami Dade College, obtained between 2013 and 2018.
