Marcus Henry, CPCE, has extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as the Director of Banquets at The Greenbrier since March 2022. Prior to this role, Marcus held the position of Event Services Manager at Thompson Dallas from February 2021 to March 2022 and worked as the Banquet & Cafe Manager at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, from March 2019 to December 2020. Additional experience includes working as the Food & Beverage Operations Manager at Wolfgang Puck from August 2016 to March 2019, and earlier roles as a Line Cook at The Toledo Club and Cafe Attendant at Organic Bliss Deli and Bakery. Marcus holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Asian Cuisine & Culture from The Culinary Institute of America.
