Erik Marum

Erik Marum is an experienced professional specializing in Agile methodologies, project management, and workflow architecture. Currently serving as a PMO Consultant, Agile & Delivery Coach, and Workflow Architect at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection since October 2025, Erik has previously held key roles at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. as an Agile Delivery Manager and Scrum Master, overseeing emerging technology teams and collaborating with third-party vendors. Erik has also contributed as an Advisory Board Member at BWG Strategy LLC, participated in various roles at Norwegian Cruise Line, and held significant positions at Bigstar TV, NIOC, XENEN LLC, Gearworks, and Jtech. Erik holds a degree in Business Management and Computer Science from Luther College.
