Carl Awalt

Mr. Awalt is a Vice President of The RMR Group. He is also a Senior Vice President of RMR Real Estate Services, responsible for management of all office, medical office and life science properties in the Western U.S., excluding Hawaii. Mr. Awalt has more than two decades of commercial real estate experience and prior to joining RMR in 2012, served in senior management roles at Duke Realty. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from St. Could State University.
