Demetrius Dudley currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer at The Rockefeller Foundation, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Demetrius worked at the Council on Foreign Relations from September 2018 to September 2022 as the Assistant Director of Reception Services and Security Operations, where a unique role was created that involved remote management, mentoring, and training of a reception and security team to ensure high hospitality standards during the pandemic. Prior to that, Demetrius served as the Restaurant Manager for Friedfield, LLC Restaurant Group from January 2016 to September 2018, successfully transforming the hospitality experience by overhauling policies, procedures, and process management technology. Demetrius holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management Services from Metropolitan College of New York and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
