Drina Dorsey Lancaster

Drina Dorsey Lancaster is the Managing Director of Foundation Services at The Rockefeller Foundation, where Drina also serves as the Director of DC Operations and Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Drina previously worked as the Manager for Programs Operations at Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service. Drina has a background in operations management, having held positions such as Operations Manager at a confidential company, Owner/General Manager at Melior Services, and Corporate General Manager at Launch Coast Services, Inc. Drina also has experience in the hospitality industry as the General Manager/Franchise Co-Owner at 3 Sons Tivoli/Aspen, LLC. Drina is currently pursuing further education at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
