Julia Frifield

Julia Frifield is the Director of Communications, Policy, and Advocacy at The Rockefeller Foundation. Prior to joining The Rockefeller Foundation, Julia worked as a Strategic Advisor/Consultant at Global Citizen. With a strong background in government and policy, Julia served as Assistant Secretary of State for Legislative Affairs at the US Department of State and held various roles within the offices of US Senators Barbara Mikulski, Harris Wofford, and Bill Bradley. Julia's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in History and Economics from Smith College and an M Phil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge.
