Thomas Belazis is a seasoned investment professional with a strong background in climate investments and sustainability. Currently serving as the Director of Climate Investments at The Rockefeller Foundation since July 2017, Thomas has held various leadership roles including Principal and Investment Officer. Prior to this, experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at TAU Investment Management, where the focus was on growth equity in supply chain sustainability. Thomas began their career as an Investment Analyst at GEM Group, a major alternative investment firm, and also worked as a Strategy and Operations Consultant at Visagio with a focus on project experience in the Americas and Asia Pacific. Academic qualifications include a Master of International Affairs in Development Economics, International Finance, and Energy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, along with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, French, and International Business from Miami University.
