Rohan Dyer

Rohan Dyer is a Managing Director and member of the IR and Business Development team with a focus on relationship management. He is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Prior to joining TRG in April 2023, Mr. Dyer was a Partner: Head of Investor Relations for Ethos Private Equity since 2014, which was acquired by TRG. In this role he was responsible for fundraising as the primary interface between Ethos and investors as well as coordinating the investor AGM’s, reviewing the valuations of Ethos’ investments and reporting these back to investors on a quarterly basis.

Prior to joining Ethos, Mr. Dyer gained over 16yrs experience as a highly rated (consistently ranked Top 3 in the Financial Mail annual surveys) Sell Side Analyst at Investec, focusing predominantly on the Retail sector.

Mr. Dyer holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Finance from the University of Natal.
