Michael Novosel

Michael Novosel has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Michael currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at The RoomPlace, managing all finance functions and leading a team of 12 employees. Prior to this, they were the Vice President Finance at CoinFlip, overseeing financial operations and assessing the company's performance. Michael also held the position of Chief Audit Executive and Strategy Leader at True Value Company for 18 years, where they managed a finance team and facilitated efforts across various locations. Earlier in their career, they worked at PwC as a Partner Candidate and Senior Manager, specializing in CFO outsourcing and risk management projects. Michael also co-founded Benefitdecisions, Inc. and served as the Chief Financial Officer, driving the company's growth and international expansion.
