Daphne Theotocatos

Daphne Theotocatos currently serves as the Associate Director of Admissions at Ross School since April 2023, contributing to the mission of transforming education for future generations. As the Founder and Consultant at Harbor Educational Consultants, LLC since August 2016, Daphne advises families on diverse educational pathways and career searches, emphasizing students' unique strengths. Previously, Daphne held the position of Director of School Partnerships at PPR Talent Management Group from August 2007 to April 2016, where consultative services were provided to enhance recruiting processes. Additional experience includes roles as Attorney Developer & Engagement Manager at Axiom from 2005 to 2006 and as a teacher at Iolani School and Assets School from 1994 to 2005, focusing on history, geography, and special education. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Education from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Barnard College, supplemented by prior education at Phillips Exeter Academy.
