Erica Strauss

Erica Strauss has a diverse work experience in roles related to merchandising and product development. Erica currently holds the position of Head of Merchandising at The Rounds since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Merchandising at JOKR from June 2021 to June 2022. Erica also served as a Senior Manager and Category Manager in Product Development at LOLA - mylola.com from March 2020 to May 2021 and from November 2020 to November 2021, respectively.
