David Frazier

David Frazier has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in finance and policy. David is currently working as the Director of Policy at The Routing Company, a position they started in August 2022. Prior to this, David served as the Deputy Secretary of Finance at the New York State Senate from July 2021 to August 2022. David also held positions including Team Director, Principal Budget Analyst, and Senior Budget Analyst within the same organization between 2018 and 2021. Before their time at the New York State Senate, David worked as a Senior Associate at The Pew Charitable Trusts from August 2016 to November 2018. David also gained experience in public finance as the Chief Financial Manager and Acting Budget Director for the City of Albany, New York from July 2015 to July 2016. David's earlier roles include Fiscal Advisor at the New York State Senate from February 2014 to July 2015 and Budget Specialist III at the New York State Division of the Budget from October 2012 to February 2014. David began their professional career as an Intern at the U.S. Department of State in June 2010.

David Frazier attended Binghamton University from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Following that, from 2011 to 2012, David enrolled in Syracuse University - Maxwell School, where they obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration.
