Fai Allam

Fai Allam is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Puig since December 2023 and at The Row since July 2019. Previously, Fai worked as an HR Business Partner at Dyson on a maternity leave contract from November 2018 to July 2019 and at SEPHORA from March 2016 to July 2018, also on a maternity leave contract. Earlier roles include HR Generalist/Internal Recruiter at Clarins Group between February 2015 and March 2016, Internal Recruiter at Specialty Fashion Group from September 2013 to September 2014, and an HR role at Marsh from May 2012 to August 2013. Fai began a career in HR at IKEA Group from 2007 to 2012. Fai holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Western Sydney University and a Business qualification in Human Resource Management from TAFE NSW, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Ancient History from Macquarie University.
