Daniel Birchall

Daniel Birchall serves as the President-Elect of the World Federation of Neuroradiological Societies and is the Immediate Past President of the British Society of Neuroradiology, where leadership was held from 2020 to 2022. As the Director of Neuroradiology Medicolegal Consulting since 2019, Daniel Birchall offers specialized medicolegal services for law firms, leveraging over a decade of experience in the field. Since 1999, Daniel Birchall has been a Consultant Neuroradiologist at the Regional Neurosciences Centre in Newcastle upon Tyne, focusing on adult and pediatric Diagnostic Neuroradiology. Additionally, Daniel Birchall has an extensive academic background, with over 100 publications in peer-reviewed journals and a history of presenting at national and international conferences. Educational qualifications include a MA MB BChir from the University of Cambridge, an MBA from Newcastle University Business School, and professional fellowships from The Royal College of Radiologists and the Royal College of Physicians of London.
