Abdulsalam Almadani has a diverse work experience in business analysis and information technology. Abdulsalam is currently working as a Business Analysis Lead at The Royal Commission for AlUla, where they serve as a point of contact for the technology department and facilitates communication between business departments. Abdulsalam also sources and implements new business technology and utilizes IT data for business insights. Prior to this, Abdulsalam worked as a Senior Business Analyst at both The Royal Commission for AlUla and الهيئة العامة لعقارات الدولة. In these roles, they assisted in the development of enterprise architecture strategies, analyzed and implemented new business architectures, and supported the design and development of required interfaces and enhancements. Abdulsalam also worked as a Business Analyst at Al Rajhi Takaful, where they defined business needs, collected and analyzed requirements, and provided data for digital transformation programs. Earlier in their career, Abdulsalam gained experience as an Information Technology Trainee at Kinonah IT Consulting Services, where they supported informatics-related projects and analyzed and documented program problems.

Abdulsalam Almadani holds a Master's Degree in Project Management from Midocean University. Abdulsalam also has a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics/Human Systems Engineering from Arizona State University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications, including "Leading Digital Transformation" from Columbia Business School Executive Education, "Digital Business Technology" from Arcitura Education Inc., and "Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner" from Prosci. Abdulsalam has also obtained certifications in process modeling, IT general management, analysis for business systems, business analyst and project manager collaboration, BPTrends Process Specialist [BPT-PS], effective engineering and business process management, and total quality management from various institutions.
