Ahmad Ruhaiyem

Ahmad Ruhaiyem has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ahmad is currently working at The Royal Commission for AlUla as the Director of the Data Management Office. Prior to this, they held the role of Data Management Manager and Data Engineering Consultant at the same company. In 2013, Ahmad founded AFAQ ALMOZUN, where they focused on mesh networking, IoT, indoor micro-location with BLE beacons, and mobile context-aware systems and applications. From 2014 to 2021, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at National TalentS Company. Ahmad also worked as an Interactive Technology Consultant at Mishkat Interactive Center for Atomic and Renewable Energy where they built an interactive visitors management system. Before that, they held the position of Regional Information Technology Director at Media House, where they established on-premises datacenters in various locations and developed SMS-to-TV games for TV channels. Ahmad also worked at System Adaptation and Development, Tatweer1 as a Regional Information Technology Director, where they built a cloud datacenter and developed remote monitoring solutions. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Application Programmer at Kahmas Technology and Electronics -Ezalsahra Holding, where they worked on programming desktop applications and server/client applications. Ahmad began their career as a Web Application Developer at AwalNet, where they developed web pages and worked on information architecture and project management. Ahmad also had a role as an Event Manager at Microsoft, organizing events and launches. Ahmad's early career started as a Managing Assistant at Future Office for management and consulting, where they implemented computerized systems and gained management and marketing skills.

Ahmad Ruhaiyem obtained an Associate's degree of Translation in Hebrew Language and Literature from King Saud University from 1999 to 2003. In 2021, they attended the MIT Sloan Executive Education and completed an Executive Program in Management and Leadership. Additionally, Ahmad has obtained several certifications in various fields, including Data Management, Privacy, Business Analytics, Machine Learning, and ITIL Foundation Level. Some of these certifications were obtained from institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management, Modelware Systems, IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals, SDAIA | سدايا, AXELOS Global Best Practice, and LinkedIn.
