Before that, they served as a CRM Manager at Landmark Group from 2016 to 2018, where they led the outbound customer communications team and developed outbound marketing strategies for multiple brands. Jason also has experience as an Email Marketing Specialist at RNIB and Time Inc. UK in 2016. Jason began their career as an eCommunications Manager at Aimia/Nectar from 2011 to 2015 and as an Account Manager at Silverpop Systems Ltd. from 2008 to 2010. Jason Khan received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Information Systems from the University of the Witwatersrand, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. In 2007, they obtained an eMarketing Award from CIM.
