Diane Elliot

VP, Development at The Royal Conservatory

As the Vice President, Development, Diane Elliot is responsible for the strategy and execution of fundraising initiatives at The Royal Conservatory of Music.

Diane brings 20 years of experience working in philanthropy. Prior to joining the RCM, she led corporate giving portfolios at Johnson & Johnson and CIBC and managed a private family foundation. Her strategic approach to giving and fundraising has resulted in innovative program development and cross-industry partnerships within the corporate and non-profit sectors.

Recognizing the importance of volunteering in the community, Diane is currently the Board Chair of the Ontario Para Network, whose mission is to grow adaptive sport opportunities across Ontario.

Prior to moving to Canada and entering the philanthropic sector, Diane lived in Los Angeles and spent the first part of her career in the television industry working on the production of high-profile televised events. She is a proud recipient of an Emmy honours award for collaboration on a televised broadcast play.
