Alex F.

Alex F. is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various industries, including manufacturing and environmental services. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at The Royal Group since August 2022, Alex provides strategic HR support for multiple corrugated manufacturing operations on the East Coast. Prior to this role, Alex held senior HR positions at Cascades, overseeing HR management for a unionized containerboard manufacturing plant and a commercial team. Alex began the HR career at Viking, becoming the first HR Director and later the HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed a wide range of HR functions for a growing environmental services company. Additionally, as a Senior HR Training and Development Coordinator at Goldman Sachs, Alex contributed to training and development initiatives for major divisions. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Management from Rider University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Rutgers University.
