Hayley S. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in various roles within the entertainment industry. Hayley began their career in 1999 as a Freelance Stage Manager for Theatre Productions. In 2001, they joined Alton Towers Resort Operations Ltd., where they worked as a Stage Manager, Deputy Stage Manager, and Assistant Stage Manager. Hayley then moved to Birmingham Repertory Theatre in 2007, taking on roles as a Health and Safety Officer and later as a Production Assistant, Assistant Production Manager, and Production Manager. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Visiting Lecturer on Health and Safety at Birmingham Metropolitan College. Hayley further expanded their expertise by joining The Royal Household in 2013 as a Health and Safety Advisor. Currently, they are employed at the Royal Shakespeare Company, serving as Head of Occupational Safety and Health since 2021, after initially joining as a Health and Safety Manager in 2014.

Hayley S. has an extensive education history. Hayley began their educational journey in 1996 at the University of North London, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Film and Theatre Studies. Hayley successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1999.

Years later, in 2011, Hayley pursued a Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice through distance learning at SHEilds. Hayley completed this program in 2013, further expanding their knowledge and expertise in the field of Occupational Health and Safety.

In 2014, Hayley enrolled at WCG and acquired a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, showcasing their dedication to acquiring pedagogical skills and professional development.

Hayley continued their academic journey with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from The Open University, specializing in Politics, Philosophy & Economics. Hayley began this program in 2015 and successfully completed it in 2019.

Building upon their strong foundation in philosophy, Hayley pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Philosophy from The Open University, starting in 2019 and completing it in 2021.

Currently, Hayley is undertaking a Ph.D. program at the University of Nottingham in Philosophy, which they began in 2023. This program is indicative of Hayley's deep passion and commitment to their field of study.
