Lisa Wilson is an accomplished salon owner and salon development partner with extensive experience in the beauty industry. Since January 2018, Lisa has owned Simply Aveda, providing leadership and expertise in salon management. Concurrently, Lisa has been affiliated with AVEDA Florida / The Salon People since August 2011, focusing on educational initiatives for product experience and business growth, alongside recruitment and merchandising support. Prior roles include recruiter for various Aveda-related establishments and retail manager at Aveda Institute, where Lisa excelled in customer service and sales leadership. Earlier experience as location manager at Hq Salon Aveda involved driving sales growth and client retention through effective training and event coordination. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Florida State University and A-level qualifications in Business Studies, Mathematics, and Statistics from Hutton Grammar School.
