Stephanie Lee is an experienced professional with a strong background in recruitment, management, and guest service within the beauty and retail industries. Currently serving as the Aveda Florida Recruiter and Salon Development Partner since April 2019, Stephanie excels in stylist recruitment, relationship building with cosmetology schools, and maintaining recruitment KPIs. Previous roles include General Manager at Aveda On 3rd, where Stephanie focused on guest experience and team development, and General Manager at milk + honey spa, overseeing a large staff and ensuring profitability. Stephanie also has extensive experience in store operations and visual merchandising from roles at Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH and Charming Charlie, where notable achievements included opening multiple stores and training a large workforce.
