Noah Baustin

Noah Baustin is a data reporter at The San Francisco Standard, where responsibilities include reporting data-driven enterprise stories and supporting reporters with data analysis and visualization. Previous experience includes serving as a freelance reporter in the Graphics Department at The New York Times and an open source investigative intern at the San Francisco Chronicle. Noah has also worked as a research assistant for UC Berkeley's Investigative Reporting Program and contributed to KQED's California Reporting Project by analyzing police use-of-force data. Earlier roles included communications coordinator for CISA, producer for American Public Media Group's Field Work Podcast, and intern for WBUR's Endless Thread Podcast. Noah Baustin holds a Master's degree in Journalism from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts degree from NYU Gallatin, graduating magna cum laude.
