Brian Findlay

Brian Findlay serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for The Sanneh Foundation since July 2020. At 3M, Findlay has held multiple leadership roles since November 2013, including Vice President of the Automotive and Aerospace Division and Vice President and General Manager of the Commercial Solutions Division. Prior experience includes serving as a Board Member for Merrick Community Services from June 2011 to June 2020, where Findlay chaired the Marketing and Development Committee and was involved in governance and strategic planning. Earlier roles at Imation included Executive Director of Global Operations and various management positions spanning product management and research and development. Findlay's career began at 3M as a Product/Process Engineer from 1992 to 1996. Educational qualifications include a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a certificate in Product Line Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
