Hamzah Shahzad

Hamzah Shahzad is a Senior Business Intelligence Developer at The Saudi Investment Bank since February 2023, with an extensive background in data analysis and BI solutions. Previously, Hamzah worked at Jazz from November 2021 to January 2023 as an Expert in Databases and Reporting, where responsibilities included transforming business requirements into BI solutions and developing a Data Mart for the Customer Experience department. Prior to this, Hamzah served as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer at Wiseman Innovations, focusing on the American Health Care System, creating dashboards in Power BI, and optimizing BI data models. Hamzah has also held various roles at Jazz, including Service Design Analyst and Executive Databases and Reporting, demonstrating strong expertise in customer experience metrics and report development. Hamzah holds a BS in Computer Science with a focus on Data Modeling, Warehousing, and Database Administration from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, completed in 2016.
