Quentin Louihy

Quentin Louihy has had a diverse range of work experiences in the baking industry. Quentin started their career as a baker apprentice at La Conviviale, where they learned the foundations of the bakery profession. Quentin then worked at SUPER U LTD, first as a baker, then as an assistant head baker, and finally as a head baker, where they supervised a team and managed the bakery. After that, they worked at The Lanesborough and The Connaught as a baker, where they produced bakery items and operated bakery equipment. Currently, they are the head baker at The Savoy.
