Jen Symes

Jen Symes has a vast experience in various roles, ranging from workshop coordination to adventure programme management. Currently, in their role as Programme Delivery Manager at The Scouts, Jen leads the Early Years Delivery team to introduce Squirrel Scouts to different Scouting Groups. Prior to this, Jen worked at British Council as an Admin Assistant and at Global Vision International as Community Field Staff. Jen also has experience in tutoring mathematics and drama, as well as coordinating workshops. At Girlguiding, Jen served as Adventure Programme Manager, overseeing adventurous activity policy and procedures. Through their work, Jen has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills in various settings.
