Director Of Sales Operations at The Second City

Rick Young has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Rick began their career as a Document Solutions Specialist and later worked as an Account Manager at Oc&e - A Canon Company from June 2004 to December 2006. After that, they joined Bank of America and served as an Account Manager and Senior Credit Analyst from January 2007 to June 2009. From June 2009 to March 2011, Rick worked as an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America, specializing in Merchant Services and Small Business Banking.

In 2011, Rick joined Fleetmatics, a Verizon Company, where they held various roles including New Business Development, Customer Success Manager for SMBs, and Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprises. Rick played critical roles in generating revenue, negotiating pricing and contracts, and successfully closing deals.

In 2017, Rick began working at Verizon Connect as the Sales Enablement & Operations lead for the Global Customer Success team. Their responsibilities included designing and implementing sales effectiveness solutions, developing enablement solutions for customer success, and defining comprehensive strategies for customer life-cycle touchpoints. Rick also led Salesforce.com consolidation and development of a new ERP.

Rick's most recent role is as the Director of Sales Operations at The Second City, where they manage and oversees the sales operations function.

Rick Young attended The College of Wooster from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Rick studied Business Economics and Chemistry during their time at the institution.
