Jonathan Lustgarten, MS, PhD, VMD, CSPO, currently serves as the Director of AI and Machine Learning and Senior Biomedical Informatics Specialist at Mars Veterinary Health, where leadership is provided in the development of a multi-national electronic medical record system and clinical decision support tools. Previous roles include contributions as a Senior Biomedical Informatics Specialist at VCA Animal Hospitals, Director of Veterinary Informatics at Compassion-First Pet Hospitals, and co-founder of The One Health Company. Jonathan's expertise extends to founding the RECOVER Systems, which focuses on computerized veterinary medical records in disaster recovery. An accomplished academic, Jonathan earned a VMD from the University of Pennsylvania and advanced degrees in bioinformatics and biomedical informatics from the University of Pittsburgh.
