Kerri D. Sears

Ms. Sears is a Senior Vice President and Human Resources Operations Officer, focusing on the Regions within Segal. She has over 25 years of experience in performance management, strategic sourcing, succession planning and talent development, coaching and career development, resource analysis, recruiting, and compensation planning. She leverages strong relationship-building and maintenance skills across leadership teams, multiple staff levels, business units, and special practices. She has also been instrumental in the development and implementation of several continuing education initiatives.

Ms. Sears graduated with a BA in English from the Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. She is a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Ms. Sears is a Director on the College of Liberal Arts Advisory Committee at Bloomsburg University. She previously served as President of the Bloomsburg University Alumni Board of Directors and as a Director on the Bloomsburg University Foundation Board.
