Tl Cox

TL Cox has over 17 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2002, TL Cox worked as a Trainer/Technical Writer at Kelly Services, focusing on training management and front-line employees. They then moved on to roles such as Program Manager at Zodiac Aerospace, where they managed projects and maintained relationships with clients and vendors. TL Cox also worked as an IT Applications Administrator/Gaming Systems Analyst at the Chickasaw Nation Division of Commerce, overseeing accounting and marketing solutions for gaming facilities. They later joined Enviro Systems Inc. as a Program Manager, responsible for project schedules and client interactions. TL Cox also held positions at The Waters Consulting Group, The Persimmon Group, and Baker Tilly US, providing consultation and leadership in various capacities. In 2019, TL Cox joined Segal as a Vice President, specializing in compensation services for public sector organizations.

TL Cox completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/Communication from Southeastern Oklahoma State University from 2002 to 2004. Later, from 2005 to 2008, TL Cox pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
