Missy Mccormick

Missy McCormick is the Senior Director of People Strategy at The Select Group. Missy has been with the company for 11 years and 10 months, during which time they have held various positions, including Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Director of Talent Acquisition, Manager of Delivery Operations, Senior Technical Recruiter, and Account Recruiting Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the company's efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Missy is a strong advocate for women in the workplace and is a co-lead for The Select Group's Women in Business Task Force. Missy is passionate about helping women succeed in their careers and has designed and implemented an application-based program to support female employees across the organization. This 9-month program provides participants with access to executive coaching, keynote speaking events, and action learning projects.

Prior to joining The Select Group, Missy worked as a Senior Project Recruiter for Accountants International. Missy has a total of 4 years and 8 months of experience in the recruiting industry.

Missy Mccormick has a degree from Meredith College in Fashion Merchandising and Design. Missy has also completed the Grinnell Leadership Jumpstart program through Grinnell Leadership Inc. In addition, they have completed the Skills for Success program through Dale Carnegie Training and is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) through the Institute for Diversity Certification.
