Lotte Welten

Lotte Welten's work experience includes being the CEO at The Selection Lab, where they revolutionized the way potential employees are assessed using a self-learning algorithm. Lotte also founded Pitt&Chill, an innovative product for neck and back pain relief. Lotte has also worked as a project leader at Blijf Groep, the largest organization in the Netherlands for the protection of women and children from domestic violence. Additionally, Lotte has held positions at Human Rights Watch, Microcredit int, and Red Ribbon Foundation, where they have focused on communication, organization, and advocacy for issues such as HIV/AIDS, women's empowerment, and human rights.

Lotte Welten has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social History from the University of Amsterdam, which they completed from 2007 to 2014. In addition, they pursued a Minor in Sinologie from Leiden University, beginning in 2010 and concluding in 2011. Prior to these academic accomplishments, they attended Beijing Language and Culture University from 2006 to 2007 to study Mandarin, although the presence of a degree is not specified.
