Nick Brown is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 24 years of experience in various sectors. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at The Senator Group since March 2018, Nick is responsible for the recruitment strategy across multiple manufacturing sites and the Head Office. Previously, Nick held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at TJX Europe from May 2012 to November 2017, leading a team to support European growth in various business areas. Prior to that, Nick was the Director and Owner of Oyster Recruitment Limited, providing comprehensive recruitment services across multiple sectors for nearly a decade. Nick’s career began as Recruitment Manager at Retail Recruitment Agency, where full accountability for sales performance and recruitment standards was maintained.
