Jared Snyder

Jared Snyder is an experienced talent management professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at The Shield Companies since July 2024. Previously, Jared held various roles at Salad and Go from April 2022 to July 2024, culminating in the position of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, where oversight was provided for a team of seven and recruiting operations across 145 stores and multiple facilities. With additional experience as a Technical Recruiter at Amazon and IBM, and an early career as a Private Investigator at Miles Investigations, Jared brings a strong background in recruitment and investigations to the talent acquisition field. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Security and Intelligence from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
