Katie Schoessel

Katie Schoessel has extensive work experience in marketing and advertising roles. Katie is currently working as an Account Director at The Shipyard starting from October 2022. Prior to this, Katie served as the Director of Marketing at EPiQ Animal Health from November 2021 to January 2023. Katie also worked as an Account Supervisor at PRISM Marketing from March 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining PRISM Marketing, Katie held the position of Director, Customer Marketing at Cardinal Health from March 2019 to February 2021. From April 2013 to October 2018, they worked as a Marketing Director at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where they were responsible for business management, strategic planning, sales strategy, and consumer communications for the Ortho and Tomcat brands.

Prior to their role at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, Katie worked at Discover Financial Services as a Marketing Director, handling partner and prepaid marketing from April 2006 to November 2009. Katie also served as the Senior Manager of Advertising and Brand Management from August 2004 to April 2006.

Katie began their career at Mamma Ilardo's as the Director of Marketing from June 1996 to August 1997. Katie then worked at Kraft Foods as a Senior Associate Brand Manager from 2000 to 2004, and at Kellogg's as an Associate Brand Manager from 1999 to 2000.

Katie Schoessel's educational background includes an MBA from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, where they were a student from 1997 to 1999.

Katie Schoessel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.

In addition to their formal education, Katie has also earned several certifications. In July 2022, they completed the "Build a Personal Learning Plan and Stick with It" certification from LinkedIn. Katie also obtained the "Building Resilience" and "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" certifications from LinkedIn in the same month and year.
