Dominique Martin

Dominique Martin has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Lead Line Cook and previously as Sous Chef at The Signature Room At the 95th since April 2010. Dominique held the position of Sous Chef at Fox Restaurant Concepts from April 2017 to December 2018 and also worked as Sous Chef at The Parrot Cage Restaurant from March 2009 to August 2010. Dominique's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Management with a focus on Project Management from the University of Phoenix (2020-2022), an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from City Colleges of Chicago-Kennedy-King College (2007-2009), and a high school diploma in Culinary Arts from Richards Career Academy (2003-2007).
