Becky Grimes

Becky Grimes has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of executive search and recruitment. Becky started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Berry Recruitment in 2003. Becky then joined Hydrogen Group in 2006, where they held various roles such as Manager of Investment Banking Contract Division and Associate Director in the Technology and Business Transformation practices. In 2015, they joined Globetec Solutions as a Director, Global Accounts, specializing in senior level recruitment within the IT Services and Consulting markets. Finally, in 2016, they joined The SJB Group as the Director of Strategic Clients, where they also led the Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Throughout their career, Becky has demonstrated expertise in building high-performing teams and advising clients on attracting and securing top talent.

Becky Grimes studied Business Management at King's College London from 2003 to 2006.
